Assistant Professor  9/12/09 William R. Waynor, MS, CRC, CPRP is an Assistant Professor and Employment Consultant in the Integrated Employment where he provides training and technical assistance to providers, consumers, families and others to achieve employment outcomes. Mr. Waynor has broad and extensive experience assisting consumers achieve their recovery goals. In addition, he is a recipient of the NJ Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (NJPRA) Best Practice Award. Mr. Waynor's research interests include improving employment outcomes in case management and assertive community treatment settings, and understanding the influence self-efficacy plays in employment outcomes.
