| II. Accountability |
The Program Director is responsible for this policy. The SHP Registrar implements this policy. |
| III. Applicability |
Undergraduates, nearing completion of a baccalaureate degree, may take up to five graduate-level courses (15 credits) toward their undergraduate degree, provided they have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or have received pre¬approval from the Program Director. Programs with approved curricula exceeding this limit are exempt from this policy. If a Program's policies permit, students may take up to six undergraduate credits and apply them toward the graduate degree while matriculated as a graduate student, provided: 1) the courses were not prerequisites for admission to the graduate program, and 2) pre-approval is granted by the Program Director. |
